Smashed Potatoes

This recipe would give full send vibes with zero effort! It takes minutes and gives you perfectly fluffy potatoes with an unbeatable crunch.

Ingredients:

1.5lbs of baby Yukon gold potatoes

2 TBSP olive oil

1-3 tsp of Italian seasoning (the amount is up to you)

1 tsp of steak grilling seasoning

Preheat your over to 400F.

Place the potatoes on a microwave safe plate. Use a knife or a fork to pierce the skin of each potato (for steam to escape).

Cook them in the microwave until the potatoes are done (~ 5 minutes depending on the size).

On a cooking sheet, place the olive oil and the potatoes. Give them a toss until all the potatoes are coated with the olive oil.

Next, the fun part… using a flat bottomed glass, smash the cooked potatoes onto the cooking sheet.

Sprinkle the Italian and grilling seasoning on top.

Bake in the oven for 15-20 minutes until golden and crispy.
