Cheesy Stuffed Cheeseburgers

If you make these burgers, I promise you that you will never eat any other burger ever again! These are dynamite! I love good diner style burgers that are seared off in their own fat on a flat top grill. They get this super crisp crust on the outside that traps all of the juices on the inside. It is amazing! We haven’t even made it to the best part yet, this baby is stuffed with cheese. Yes, warm, melty, gooey cheese! Like I said, once you make these burgers, you will never ever go back.

Now these burgers are huge, juicy, and jam packed with flavor. This will make 4 quarter pound burgers.

You Will Need:

1 lb. of Ground Beef

1 tsp of minced Garlic

1 heaping tsp. of Spicy Brown Mustard

1 egg

1 packet of Beefy Onion Soup Mix

Salt and Pepper to taste

4 slices of cheese (any type you like: American, Swiss, Pepperjack, etc.)

First, in a large bowl add the Beefy Onion Soup mix to the bowl.

Burger 1

Add an egg.

Next add Garlic and Mustard.

burger 4

Add some Pepper.

Toss in the meat and mix together.

Next divide the meat into 4 equal sections.

Take each section and divide it in half. Flatten each half and place a piece of cheese in between each  half.

Make sure to pack the meat around the cheese (if you don’t do this, the cheese will melt out of the burger while cooking).

Sprinkle the outside with salt and pepper.

Now, I seared mine on an indoor griddle (because I think grills don’t give you that awesome crust like a flat top grill does). But if you like to grill, then by all means, grill away!

Cook on both sides until cooked through and the cheese is melted.Oh…my…goodness, look at the crust on this burger! Like I said, this is why I love diner style burgers…they are seared off on a flat top and my goodness, it is always so good.

I love mine on a buttered and toasted bun. I think it should be the only way to eat a burger, haha!

I served mine with a side of Breakfast Potatoes (recipe coming soon)!

But seriously, this is the best burger you will ever make! I would never lie to you about food!

Enjoy!
